I dont really understand all of the crazy negative ratings this casino has yeah it might be a worse RTP but then go play on better casinos? I won almost $1800 and have been waiting for a payout for 5 days. They say your account goes through a security check and when you livechatting with agents they copy-paste it with their live chat they keep repeating the same message. Be warned theyre happy to take your money but they dont pay out. Its absurd. You cant even contact the department that supposedly handles the security check. Be warned its a ridiculous method. I received an email from Betpanda informing me that I had been awarded a $50 cash reward with no wagering requirements and no conditions. However when I checked my account there was no reward available and no record that it had ever been issued in the rewards section.When I contacted support I was told that the bonus had “expired.” This makes no sense as the email clearly stated it was cash with no wagering requirements and no conditions — and there was no mention of any expiry date or deadline anywhere in the message.I asked support to clarify where the expiry was stated and why the reward was never visible or issued in my account but I did not receive a clear answer. Instead I was repeatedly told that the bonus had expired and that I should “follow deadlines next time” despite the fact that no deadlines were communicated in the email.This feels misleading and unprofessional:A reward was announced but never appeared in my account.No terms expiry date or conditions were communicated in the email.Support insisted the bonus expired but could not point to where this was stated.Responsibility was shifted to me despite the lack of transparency.For a licensed operator this is very disappointing.
