They don’t pay you even though you’re verified

Please read this before you deposit. They keep your money! When I wanted to withdraw I did all kind of different verification steps (Identity documents proof of address just the usual stuff…). It didn’t stop there. They started to ask weird things like my credit card details for “verification purposes” and wanted me to upload selfies with all kind of verification documents like they tried to steal my identity or sth. I’ve never had to provide that much data for a bookie. They still asked for more so I gave up.l and realised they will never pay me. Huge Scam…

I dont recommend it to anyone! The deposit and the game work everything is good but if by chance its time to withdraw they just waste time asking for all kinds of bank statements about the deposit I sent them about 10 PDF files about my transactions and a bank statement and its not suitable for them. They even asked me to take a photo of the bank card so that the first 6 and last 4 digits are visible the CVC code is not needed. I dont know how legal this is.. I started my withdrawal about 5 days ago nothing since then only arguing with the live chat they are useless.. I dont know if I will ever see my winnings I think I should let them go.

At first I verified my drivers license proof of first deposit and bank statement proving my account. It was fine used the chat agents to help me and successfully verify me. I made a withdrawal of $600.02 sucessfully early December. Now I won quite a bit. i had 1 successful withdrawals so far after that $925. I come on the internet to review site like casino guru and people saying they dont pay.. They do pay your withdrawals indeed you just need to be patient. Give it 6 business days. Worst company i have played! Provided exactly what they asked and received confirmation that everything was ok. Then tried a withdrawal and nothing happened. I contacted with the chat and he tried to think of excuses that the documents was old but they were from the same week!!!Away from them

Ive tried almost every single betting site out there. Betovo is BY FAR the worst one of them all. This site is a total scam. Looks nice at first but the second u make profit and would like to withdraw they wont let u. They will make excuses and discuss with u for months when it comes to your withdrawal. This place is a classic scam in its most ninja form . July 5- I deposited $200 lost . Deposited $100. Turned into 1400. Spent 3 days verifying my account. 3 days waiting for a withdrawal. Then told my withdrawal is cancelled because I’m over the daily withdrawal limit. So now I have to wait 72 hrs for another withdrawal. And did I mention that they leave your withdrawal pending and you’re able to cancel it for the whole 72 hours . Crooks!! Scam! I won’t stop till I get my money

Sono dei ladri.ho fatto 100 euro profitto e ho provato a prelevare dopo aver verificato mio account.dopo 3 giorni me lo bloccano dicendo che il sito ha problemi e quindi la verifica non era andata bene anche se mi diceva che ero verificato mi hanno fatto caricare mille documenti. mi scrivono in chat e mandano mail che sono verificato e posso prelevare. dopo tre giorni mi ribloccano prelievo dicendoc he vogliono altre foto.sono dei truffatori state alla larga scamI made just €100 profit and tried to withdraw after verifying my account.The system confirmed I was verified. Three days later they blocked my withdrawal claiming “technical issues” and said the verification wasn’t valid. Total nonsense.They forced me to upload countless documents.Then they confirmed via email and chat that my account was verified and I could withdraw.Three days later they blocked it again asking for even more photos.This is deliberate obstruction. I played in betovo company and i won 1300 euro after i make a deposit of 10 euro via mastercard.they gave me 15 free spins and i just won 1.76euro.my balance was only real money and wrote 1300 euro after a lot of documents i verify my account all of sudden when i ask withdrawal they took my money from my account with the empty excuse that all the money came from free spins and without any evidence.this is unacceptable and its the first time happens to me.i have all the screenshots and all the evidence so i communicate with curacao too.stay away from this company its worst ever experienced
