Presented my problem on 24th of February. Still no resolution. Your answer is misleading at best. The problem I was refering to started when I was given 50 free spins on that slot. Surely you dont grant me free spins on the slot that is not available on my location? Because if you do you have much bigger issue in your system (data coherency). So please do not apit out lazy explanations

Account have been 1 week old. Deposited 2x20 Euros during this time.Some days I bet 5 euro per bet other day 20 euro per bet without any limits or complications from the Bookie. Today I keep doing my daily betting and start noticing I couldnt even place 5-10 euros for the games I used to play without any limits before. Going chat they say: Sorry but we couldnt check any limits regarding the account we have automated system which will set limits for this or that game and reject your placed bet when stake is high. Are you kidding me? Yesterday 20 euro bets wasnt high and today 10 is high?
