Greedy Scumbags

Every sportsbook Ive used to now offer substitute insurance so after placing a bet builder and finding a winning bet I logged into to find out my bet settled as a loser. With some of the worst prices on offer the fact substitute insurance is not included is an absolute disgrace. They are so greedy they wouldnt even offer any goodwill gesture. I do not recommend this site at all. Please avoid.

This company doesnt care about the security of its customers. I received a text from them saying I had a free cash amount in my account. I didnt click on the link but asked them to confirm if it genuinely came from Betfair. After an hour on the chat I got nowhere..So much for safe gambling and customers welfare at heart. Disgusting treatment.

I actually opened a Betfair account over 10 years ago but never deposited any money into it then forgot about it.Recently I tried to deposit money into this same account only to find Betfair had closed it for business reasons? When I rang customer servicethey said my account had been permanently closed as Betfair can close anyones account ?whenever they like and dont have to give any logical reason why? The decision can apparently never be rescindedas you can see from the Customer experience reviews 86% gave Betfair only one star?

I joined Betfair weeks ago and played my free offer bets. I had £13 in my account and my account was temporarily suspended pending me uploading verification details. Fair enough! I then even renewed my Driving License even though I don`t drive any more. I uploaded a picture of this evidence of address and a photo of my bank card with certain numbers covered as requested. It is still saying that my account is suspended. So I went on their livechat after managing to get passed their chatbots. I have been banging my head against a brick wall for an hour trying to explain to their customer service person that I have uploaded all photos. All I keep getting is the answer-sorry you`ve got to verify your account! I told her to close my account and return my £13 if they don`t want my custom! I just kept getting the same reply! Very frustrating and customer service is just pathetic! They are totally rubbish!
