Horrible — I’ve been a Betclic customer for several years but lately this betting company has completely gone downhill. The online games are totally rigged and nothing more than money traps; they simply give absolutely nothing no matter how much you bet.I perfectly understand that games whether online or physical are supposed to be based on luck and chance — that’s how it should be. However in Betclic’s case it’s quite clear that there’s a pattern of taking money from players without giving anything in return. What they basically do is just eat up users’ money.Fortunately here in Portugal there are plenty of alternatives to Betclic. As far as I’m concerned they’re completely done for — they won’t be getting another cent from me. I also advise anyone who wants to play in online casinos to look for much better options elsewhere. Even in sports betting they’re useless with lousy odds and nothing worthwhile for users while other platforms offer several ways to multiply your winnings. Betclic doesn’t even have the decency to try to attract or keep their customers.

Complained. They alleged technical problems despite my friend playing without problems (nor deposit). Ignored message and opened the game. Worked flawlessly.
