2 deposits were made to this casino. Won 300 euros and try withdrawal. Its been two weeks since theyve been withdrawing money. The email is not answered. The chat has not been working for more than a week. They dont pay so dont mess with them.

They offer fantastic deposit bonuses which are completely irrelevant because if you do manage a win and a withdrawal you will not get it. I have been a loyal (idiot) customer for years. Every time I did manage to make a withdrawal there was always a problem as to why it didn’t happen. NEVER AGAIN

Refusing to payout
SCAM. At all costs avoid. They refuse to pay me after I won in their sportsbook and make the blatantly false accusation that I have multiple accounts. Fortunately I just placed a small amount down. TrustDice offers less juice but at least they pay. Avoid being duped by BetBits greater odds. It appears to be fine but its a trap!

STILL NOT PAID!
Well anyone been paid out by these rip off merchants?Now been waiting 6 weeks to be paid out and still nothing. There are no managers and no complaints procedure. None of the email addresses are replied to and customer service/chat are no help as they are sourced out. If anyone says they got paid then they probably work for BetBit!

Similar to others deposit win some try and withdraw? No chance. Live chat are outsourced so no direct contact emails are never responded to. withdrawal request from Sept 22 still outstanding.With the number of casinos out there it aint worth the massive risk putting your own cash with this outfit beware.

Hello two deposits were made and 300 euros were won. I put it on a withdrawal to bitcoin on 04/20/2022 and still have not received a payment.The chat writes that the chat is not responsible for payments and therefore cannot help in any way but very soon they say they will pay me everything.Mail support is inactive messages do not reach there.The support gave me a different email address: - but no one answered me.I can conclude that the casinos are scammers I do not advise you to make deposit to this casino
