Ongoing Technical Issues Misleading Promos and Unreliable Support

I have been using Betano.ca for several months and my experience has been consistently disappointing. The biggest issue has been their Golden Free Chips promotions. These offers never worked on any of the games they were supposed to and every time I reached out to support I received the same scripted response that they would “get back to me by email with a resolution.” They did email me each time but the so-called resolution never worked and the problem repeated in a constant loop.At one point a single live agent did compensate me with a small number of free spins for the inconvenience. I won forty dollars from those spins and was able to cash out so clearly compensation is possible. Unfortunately every interaction after that was completely inconsistent. When the exact same promotional issues happened again support said they could not credit anything immediately but would “submit a request” for a bonus. Each time the follow-up email I received simply stated that no bonus could be provided. This happened repeatedly even though the technical problems had been ongoing for weeks and then months.What makes this worse is that I have deposited a fair amount of my own money on the platform but I rarely walk away with anything. My deposits get used up quickly the advertised promos fail to function and I lose access to games and bonuses that should have been available to me like they are for other players.The promotional system itself is also unclear. Unlike other operators that clearly show what you qualify for when you deposit Betano requires you to search through vague promo pages and manually opt in to each offer. It is easy to miss things and the platform does not make any effort to streamline the experience.Overall the combination of misleading bonus advertising repeated technical failures inconsistent customer service and lack of meaningful resolutions has left me very disappointed. There are other online platforms that are far more transparent reliable and fair. Betano.ca still has a long way to go before I would consider using it again or recommending it to others.

I transfered my money into my account with these scammers and they received the money and never deposited it into my account and they are bringing every excise not to return mymoney.Folks these guys are untrustworthy and sketchy people donot get into bed with them.they will do everything they can to steal your money.I am surprised how government of Ontario has made them legal but they bring exuses that your account is not verified after actually verifying them in an email and then allow you to transfer money to their website but the problem is they never deposit the money into your betano account.I have bank statements and all the official documents that proves Betano have deposited the funds into their acoount and I have uploaded those documents within Betanos system and they are still denying the funds is a testimony on how corrupt betano is.

Please Beware - Betano Can be Shady

If you are actually a profitable sports bettor which is less than 95% of people DO NOT use Betano. They have great odds but they have now limited 2 of my accounts for being profitable. They took away $500 and they took away my bonus spins from referring friends. I use 6-7 other books with the same strategy and have had no issues.
