I am writing this to report a serious issue regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my account. On February 6th 2026 at 09:45 I made a deposit via Bank Transfer. Although the funds have clearly left my bank account and reached the recipient bank the amount has still not been reflected in my Betandyou balance.I contacted the customer support team immediately. They informed me that the process would take 1 to 4 days. That period has now expired and there has been absolutely no resolution.• User ID: 1121621796• Ticket Number: 12797508The support team is extremely indifferent and unhelpful. Instead of providing a solution or a status update they simply ignore or block communication when they cannot provide an answer. This level of service is unacceptable for a platform handling financial transactions.I have attached all necessary evidence including the official bank receipt (transfer confirmation) and screenshots of my conversations with the support team.I demand that my deposit be credited to my account immediately. I will continue to post this grievance on all international forums and licensing authorities until this matter is resolved.I have all the bank receipts and chat transcripts as evidence and I can provide them upon request.
