Worst customer care system I have come across. Trying to withdraw my funds but bet365 have blocked access. Tried contacting them and was told the money was on its way followed by “can i help you with anything else”. I started replying immediately then straight away the service representative “Max W” had ended the chat with no option to complain review or ask any other questions. Still no money arrived in my account or explanation why I can’t access my funds.

I bet on a match that they would win 2-0 £100. I had a total win of 3400. In the 100th minute I had the option to cash out £2700. I cashed out for my safety. The money went to my bet365. I had a total of £3000. I played another match and won £400. I tried to withdraw £2500 to my card and I was left with £800 in my bet365 account. After a few minutes only £715 came to my bank card. The bet365 account was empty too. I have screenshots and evidence. But I cant do anything. Can someone help me how to get my money back?Thank you i try to speak with them on live chat . Awful betting site! Had used for quite a few years but no longer!No free bets or promotions! Even though Im not a big winner like most on it I would guess.Log in of phone app and balance doesnt show and have to log in again nearly every time! Considering how much the owner pays herself its very very poor! i was competing in a tournament which the 1st prize is 888 pounds and i was in 1 st placei spend 7 hours on bet365 and lost 30 pounds and bet 365 suspended my accounti was forced to have a conversation with themin the conversation the staff decided to close my account on a permanent basis

Being a consistent punter with bet365 with close to 12 months I had a substantial win recently and instantly the withdrawal was suspended on my account I could still deposit but couldnt withdraw hmm thats strange after the usual nonsense of chasing your tail in circles they refused to pay me anyone who has dealt with the chat support knows what i mean said my account wasnt verified even though it has standard tactics appliedeven though i have received a message from bet365 saying my account was in fact 100 percent verified how is this possible after 4hours of painful messages bet365 locked my account upgrading it from a suspension and told me Im not welcome to bet with them in the future and my account will never reopen no explanation and as of writing this no funds have been transferred from bet365 to my bank account I havent broken any laws yet they have my money and treat me the loyal customer like a criminal appalling do not gamble with bet365as when you hit big they will not pay you out how this is allowed to happen is just shocking you have been warned !!

when the app is working its great but massive tech issues. Ive placed multiple bets exceeding 8k and some for 5k and the app completely closes down. I will try opening it up and the actual game is GONE? I have taken screen shots and tried to cash out but there was NO WAY to have access to this. I went to the live chat option where its not live but automated. Keep in mind I have a 8k bet with minutes left in the game and no way of accessing my account. The live chat asked if Id like to VOID the bet and my answer was YES. The response was we are unable to complete this request. Im telling you this is good only if your sure your bets are LOCK. If you are betting large or max on anything that might require true help your Screwed. I am actually on the phone with them and on hold naturally.
