Dear BC.Game Support TeamI am writing to report an issue regarding a recent withdrawal transaction on my account [user id 51564446 .The transaction took place on 15/12/2025 at approximately 19:08:21 (as per the attached screenshots).Based on the attached screenshots it appears that the amount deducted from my account is greater than the amount successfully credited.Intended/Credited Withdrawal Amount (as per image 65852.jpg): +₫188379Actual Amount Deducted from Account (as per image 65853.jpg - first line): -₫195937Discrepancy (Over-Deduction): ₫195937 - ₫188379 = ₫7558The system has deducted ₫195937 from my available balance but the successful withdrawal confirmation only shows an amount of ₫188379 being processed.
