HelloMy deposit is pending since more than a week. Its for amount 30000 inr.F-1842813985503327315They have policy to credit funds in 7 days. But all I get is ai generated reply. Please wait. I have provided everything but they are not giving proper reply. Just saying contact live support but its useless. There is no live support. All they say is contact live support but they are not solving issues there just ai generated replies. Which is worthless.I had even posted here 5 days ago regarding the same issue. That time also they said contact live support. But there is no support from them.pathetic response from them.

Bcgemes Casinos Im feeling fraud. I have done needlework at many places he does not give withdrawal to people in the bank he lies to me I have his all lying chat with me.I had made a withdrawal on July 17 these people made it pending again for the purpose of success.Whenever I make a contact someone says:we have sent the withdrawal: Talk to the bank.When I ask them for transaction number or email number they close the chat and do not reply.I have been requesting them since 17th July and they are driving me crazy

Cant win here just thousands upon thousands in losses. A casino that makes sure you never profit and if you do they will make damn sure you lose it all plus thousands more next time. 60 + deposits and cant win up enough thats cashout worthy. Then they want you to wager literally millions to get rakeback which is paid in pennies a time. Maybe after you lose 5k you will get $50 back. Scam casino. Not interested in ever paying out its 100% theft. Bc originals are the worst crash will destroy your entire bank account in minutes.
