I deposit on this site 3 days ago and i won when i try to withdraw that money i cannot withdraw and i tried to contact the CS amd they always answer me with the scripted massages and always tell me about their system is need to upgrade nor system has maintenance issue etc. Its already 3 days now and still i cannot withdraw my money!!!why like that before it was good but not i think they are scammers so much better to play on the trusted link NO TO THIS BAY888 its a big scammers!!!!😡😡😡

I am a player of Bay888 casino depositing my entertainment funds was not a problem and always gets deposited easily. I previously always lose which is expected so I didnt mind. Then when I got a win withdrawal functions are off for 3 days now Ive been trying to withdraw and customer service just responds with a premade script that the system is being updated. Was trying to get a timeline but none was given.Tried asking customer service on when their system will be finally okay before even answering my question they have to ask my username it feels like the answer depends on which player.Save yourself and play on a legitimate site instead. My loss for not having a due diligence.
