7 days of delays and lies from support - DO NOT TRUST

I have been waiting for 7 days to receive two withdrawals totaling €915 (€500 via Visa and €415 via Litecoin). My account is fully verified and I have successfully withdrawn in the past.Today the support reached a new level of dishonesty: 1. Email support claimed delays due to the weekend which is a lie for Litecoin transactions and for a 7-day old request.2. At 8:07 PM the live chat agent Beatrice explicitly confirmed that the payout was in the final stage and promised it would be processed very shortly.It is now after midnight and my wallet is still empty. I have screenshots of the entire conversation and the misleading promises made by their staff. This is a clear stalling tactic to avoid paying.I am now filing official complaints with Askgamblers and Gaming Curacao. Stay away from this site if you value your money and your nerves.

Withdrawals take 10-15 business days and no one cares!!!

I have asked for a withdrawal through Skrill 498 euros since 9/2 so over one week now I am waiting.......They always tell me the same things but now its time to act. As per the time of completion of your last request your next request is still within this timeframe - there are no problems with the request so far and you should be receiving the amount soon.After noumerous attempts and contacts with the live chat and support thats what they came up to.BUT .............Nothing from this reply is written in terms and conditions on the site!!!!!!!!!!They could give that answer faster than the 14th business date I was waiting my withdrawal.They could give that answer on the 5th date of the delay.........So their tactic of delaying withdrawals 10 to 15 business days IS THE REAL ISSUE with this company !!!!!!!!!!

Last Monday I tried to activate my bonus worth 45600 HUF but I was unable to do so.I contacted chat support for help and on the same day at their request I sent a video showing that I could not activate the bonus.Since then I have been asking about the status every day but for 8 days I have only received the meaningless reply that it is “in progress” and that I will be notified.When can I expect a proper response? In a month? This is unacceptable.

Unacceptable withdrawal delay - 14 days and counting

Pending withdrawal 500 euro since Dec 15th 2025(2 weeks). Despite being full KYC verified the support team keeps giving me the same excuses about high volume of requests My total balance is 5.000 euro and it is clear that they are intentionally stalling the first small withdrawal to prevent me from the withdrawing the rest of my winnings. I have been very patient and polite but 14 days (9 business days) for a simple withdrawal is a huge red flag.If you are looking for a reliable casino that pays out its players stay away from Bassbet/Stellar Ltd. Extremely Delayed Withdrawal Confiscated Funds & Unprofessional Handling

My experience with Bassbet has been extremely disappointing. I waited approximately 1.5 months for my withdrawal and in the end €1986 remained unpaid. During this period Bassbet repeatedly requested verification documents. I provided everything they asked for including bank statements from two different banks yet they kept delaying the process without giving clear answers.Eventually they cancelled all my pending withdrawals claiming that I had cancelled them myself — even though they had already blocked my ability to access or withdraw funds. In my view this behavior is completely unacceptable.What makes this even worse is that they confiscated not only my winnings but also my own deposited money. I have never seen a more unprofessional gambling site and based on my experience I believe this situation warrants a formal police report.I sincerely hope that Trustpilot reviews this company’s practices as no player should have to go through this.

Had email offering 500 free spins. Spent hours on online chat getting nowhere. Eventually was told had 100 free spins on a specific game which was not part of the 500 offer. Deposited 10 then played through. Back to online chat where are the remaining spins? Had to deposit again another 10 eventually got told Had 100 spins on shark game. Used them back to online chat again where are remaining 400 spins? Told to ask again tomorrow. That absolutely stinks! Surely it must be against advertising code? Each time I contacted the online chat I had to provide the same information and the waiting times were awful. Dont bother with this company is my advice.
