Horrible experience. I believe it is a scam company getting your information and possibly selling it to a third party. I have fully completed the information. Now when I turn on the app it automatically takes me to Location being off and that I am not in Ontario...but I am and location services are all allowed. Tried to reach out but got told to read their FAQ which was no help. Now they have my information and no way of deleting it. STAY AWAY! SCAM!

For me my experience here its like to have money or to try my luck. But its seems as I noticed that when I lost my money and trying to get it back I got it but still its not the equal money that you spend. Most of the time I gamble if I got money my own money and never ask for more if I used it all. I know you will not believed it but I never do things that I push myself to ask for more like borrowing or doing things thats not acceptable. Most of the time I playing in one go if I have expected money to come in my account then after that I I finished or have luck stopped then I do it again I do it as I have said if I got my own expected money.

I strongly advise staying away from the Amazon Slots Casino app. I have been trying to withdraw my own money for weeks and they keep “cancelling” my withdrawal requests with new excuses every time. First they will keep asking for additional documents upload one and they want more.. photo of my credit card then a bank statement then a utility bill.. etc. After providing everything they asked for they suddenly claimed I needed to wager more before I could withdraw - despite the fact that this was my money not bonus funds.
