The withdrawal status on the platform shows “Completed” but the money has not been credited to my bank account.I contacted customer support and they simply stated that the payment was completed from their side. However they failed to provide any proof of payment such as a UTR number transaction ID or payment confirmation. My bank statement clearly shows that no such credit has been received.If the payment was truly processed providing the UTR or bank reference number should be straightforward. I had an account on 888stars and my activity was limited to placing small bets with very low odds (1.01 1.02 1.03). I did nothing else on the Platform except winning(of course all my winnings amounted to about 80$) and committed no intentional wrongdoing. I think they considered my winnings a violation. Recently my account was blocked and my balance (65.22 USDT and 53.99 KWD) equivalent to 241$ has been frozen. Official data from Flashscore and AiScore confirms the result was 5 or 6 corners.However 888starz voided my winning bet (Ticket ID: 75323924033) claiming an employee mistake. They admitted the mistake in an email but refused to pay my winnings (36.5 USD).
