I won £47000 today at 9am. I tried to withdraw it and it worked. Then the website magically goes down and then I get an email saying they have put it back into my game balance without an explanation. So I try and log into my account to see and then it says youre account is restricted I cannot log in to even get some help. So you have taken £47000 off me without an explanation. If you do not pay then I will be seeing you crooks in court.

Attempted to withdraw 30k on Dec. 28/29 and my account was restricted and withdrawals paused. They ask for ids and documents to which I provide. 5-10days later they ask for more documents or the exact same ones. Live chat never helps just claims they have escalated it to the relevant department or just doesnt respond for 30+ minutes and it gets transferred to somebody who also doesnt help. At one point they actually un restricted my account so I attempted to withdraw and the next day I was right back in it. Worst Ontario casino I have ever dealt with! Posting this on Jan. 24 2026 and still no money.Edit: I finally received my winnings yesterday the 17th of Feb. So 47 days. They dont scam you they just have the slowest department possible running things. It would commonly take 4+ days of waiting to receive an email and then another 4 waiting for whatever document to be verified just to be told you need to send more. Also they dont work weekends Im pretty sure.

Another update:still not got the funds locked my account won’t reply to emails withholding funds still reported to gambling commission for investigation .UPDATE::::still not got this withdrawal been told 17 times it’s been escalated . Now closed the account and not holding my breath but I won my chargeback with my evidence 🙏Awful withdrew £800 and still pending keep getting automated messages regarding this. I’ve now had to raise a chargeback with my bank for deposits as I feel like I’ve been scammed .

I’ve been customers for 888casino for years and never had a problem with my withdrawal till now and I’ve got to say I’m disgusted how long I’ve been waiting for my winnings. When I reopened it my balance hadn’t updated and the win was gone.I contacted customer support expecting at least a fair investigation or refund. Instead they brushed it off saying the issue was on my end due to a lost connection. Absolutely no compensation or even goodwill gesture offered. It felt like they were just covering themselves.I can’t help but feel suspicious — everything worked fine until I won. Then suddenly connection “issues”? Convenient. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against 888 Casino regarding a serious issue I experienced during a live Blackjack session on “Ventuno Partenope” on March 31st 2025.At 23:26:17 I placed a bet that was fully accepted by the system. However I was immediately disconnected from the game without warning or explanation which prevented me from performing any in-game action. When I reconnected I discovered that the hand had been marked as lost despite not having had the opportunity to interact with the game.I contacted 888 Casino’s customer support to report the issue. Unfortunately their response only acknowledged a previous bet placed at 23:24:44 completely ignoring the actual disputed bet at 23:26:17. My transaction history clearly shows two separate bets yet their support failed to recognize the second one omitting a crucial piece of information.I find this behavior to be unacceptable and unfair. Since I received no adequate explanation or resolution I have already submitted a report to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) through their official complaint form requesting a thorough investigation.Additionally this is not the first time I have encountered similar issues with 888 Casino. In the past I have experienced improperly registered bets and unexplained disconnections that resulted in unjustified losses raising serious concerns about the reliability and fairness of their platform.
