My account with 1Bet was closed even though it held winnings of over €100000. The reason given was an allegedly duplicate account although I have only ever used a single account.I have contacted support multiple times but so far I have only received standard email responses. I would appreciate a transparent and understandable explanation as well as a way to resolve this issue fairly so that both sides can reach a satisfactory outcome.The platform and games themselves have potential but clear communication and transparency are essential.

Hi Everyone.Typical gambling web.Unfortunately customer service does not exist.From long time I have been asking for self exclusion on my account.Every time they are sending you offers of free spins etc just to keep you in .As well neverending 8%withdraw policy is insane. There is no period of 30 days no begining and end period. And any additional withdraws even after 30 days is charged 8 %.Writing that review as hope some authority may look to multiple complaints as that company is not complying with gambling regulations in many eu countries. I had a very bad experience with 1bet.com.When I opened my account I completed verification by submitting my ID and an internet utility bill. These documents were accepted and I was allowed to deposit and place bets normally.When I requested a withdrawal of $143 the situation changed. The casino suddenly claimed that my proof of address was not acceptable. To cooperate I submitted everything they requested: my ID again the same internet bill and two official bank account statements all issued within the last 6 months showing my full name and address with all four corners visible.Despite providing documents that are clearly listed as acceptable in their own requirements 1bet refused them without giving a clear or specific reason. My withdrawal has now been delayed for more than 7 days.This looks like unfair withdrawal blocking after deposits are accepted. I would advise other users to be very careful before using this website.
