I withdraw from 1 win it over 8 days and haven’t receive my money or a concrete reason why my money is still upheld

1win Limited my stake amount after too many wins and losses.

They don’t like people who win a lot or fairly large amounts. After about 3 months of regular usage 1win finally limited my stakes to ridiculously low amounts. What’s more infuriating is that once you click the bet button they automatically reduce your stake and place your bet at that ridiculous amount without asking you first if you want to proceed with that stake amount.It’s the end of the road with 1win.ng for me.

My account was permanently blocked without any prior warning or justification.The issue began when I was asked to complete a standard verification process to which I complied fully by providing all required documents. Without completing the verification or giving me a chance to address any concerns 1win abruptly blocked my account. When I inquired I was informed that the reason was having multiple accounts and engaging in arbitrage.This was the first time I had ever been accused of this and it was also my first time hearing about such a term in the context of betting. I have never created multiple accounts and 1win provided no evidence to support this claim. There was no prior warning no attempt to discuss the issue and most importantly no violation of their terms of service on my part.This experience shows a complete lack of respect for customer fairness and due process. My funds remain confiscated without a valid reason. I urge potential users to be extremely cautious as 1win can block your account and withhold your funds based on unsubstantiated accusations

1Win Casino regarding non-payment of my legitimate winnings.On 8th September 2025 I won 1 Bitcoin through the Daily Spin Wheel feature. Immediately after my win I contacted the casino’s live chat support and also reached out via phone support. Both channels confirmed that the amount would be credited to my account within 24 hours.However it has now been more than 24 hours and the funds have still not been credited to my wallet.
